ORDERS & PAYMENT:

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary based on carrier and destination.

VLY is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Due to limited production and exclusive drops, VLY only accepts returns for defective or damaged items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • You must provide photos of the defect or damage

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Size issues

  • Fit preference

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
