Shipping and returns

This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how orders are shipped and how issues with products are handled when you purchase from VLY (“we,” “us,” or “our”).\

ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During new releases or peak seasons, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

VLY is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather

  • Customs

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, your building, or your local carrier first.
VLY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, but we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Due to limited production and exclusive drops, VLY only accepts returns for defective or damaged items.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Size or fit issues

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Orders placed incorrectly

  • Normal wear and tear

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

Once approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

FINAL SALE:

All purchases are considered final sale unless the item is defective.
